I have been coming to starbucks at this location for years and only because of this particular employee KAITLYN I had to leave a review. She made my experience here the best one ive ever had. I never leave reviews but this young lady was so good i had to. She was polite, efficient, and professional, while being sweet and swift in her work. Just a fantastic experience
On 3/14/24 today I went out of my way to take advantage of the Bogo deal. I arrived at the drive thru and waited in line for 15mins. When i got up to the order window it was still before 6:00pm. I was told I could not get the bogo deal because by the time i got to the pickup window it would be past 6:00pm . I’m a frequent customer at this location and I feel so slighted because of the inability for this store to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I will not be recommending this store to friends or family because they do not honor their specials …because of a “technicality”
This starbucks has to be the worst one i have ever been to. The employees are very rude and give attitude. The drinks here are never the same and are always bland for the coffees and the sweet cold drinks taste like watered down milk. Do NOT come here.
My son ordered 3 items in the drive through. When he got home he had 2 of our items and someone else’s drink. So one of us did not get what we ordered. I am sure it was a simple mix up of the drinks…but it shouldn’t be that hard to hand the customers the correct drinks.
The music in this location is obnoxiously loud all the time. Hard to carry a conversation Here at this location again and clearly the feedback provided doesn’t matter to leadership at Starbucks. The music is extremely loud. I don’t know how the staff here thinks that is acceptable. Update: Visited again 2/27/24. Music is still obnoxiously loud. Starbucks are you listening? Is this about customer experience or employee enjoyment?
A great place to get your coffee. Great quality as usual, though always overpriced. Good place to meet as well.
