The employees always serve with a smile

Friendly. Good food & drinks. Under staffed (located in Vons/Albertsons). The staff need more mangement support (my opinion).

There are no tables inside and no restroom. Some of the staple items that make you go to a Starbucks are missing here. Is this even a Starbucks?

There are no chairs or tables for you to sit on.

Janel are you the manager here? You Def need to go get trained how to properly provide customer service you were very salty today

I ordered a tall cappuccino and a tall white hot chocolate and both where half way full! The person who answered the phone was very dismissive and used the "We are very busy", excuse for their poor quality.

Good Starbucks. Usually a very long drive thru line. I always walk in

Went through their drive-thru the day after Thanksgiving. Waited 20 mins in line and they got all three drink orders wrong. We didn’t realize it right away, so had to return and walk in. No apology offered at all, but they remade our drinks

I really want to give 5 stars... it's turned into a grab and go location. All that wasted space. It's not the people, it's the company. Part of me understands, parking is insanely difficult here. Another part, those who are in foot might want to chill for a minute!

Kind of annoying, me and my husband share one car so when he gets home late I want to get my drink for the next morning as he will have the car again all day. I leave as soon as I can and get there at 10:15, they close at 10:30. Pulling up to the window they say “we’re actually closed”. I understand it was close to closing but my drink is super simple and would’ve taken all but 3 mins at most. A genuine waste of gas and sucks that their hours don’t reflect what the closing crew feels. As someone who used to work there although it may be annoying we take certain orders up until closing and leave a register open and an oven on. Weird that this company lets their employees turn away money because they don’t feel like working.
