Been waiting on this location to open for a while so happy they finally made a Starbucks here first visit very pleasant

I placed my order in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes before I could get to the window for pick up. Ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato. The barista read my name, read the order and still handed me a Hot Caramel Macchiato. After the extended wait, I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it.

We’ve been waiting on this Starbucks since it got approved last April so super excited that it’s finally open! The service was great. The young lady who took my order said she’s in high school. Very sweet and helpful. They didn’t have my favorite which is grilled cheese but it’s week one and they’re still feeling out inventory. My brown sugar oatmilk espresso was extremely bitter. The gentleman said they may have used the wrong espresso shot and not the blonde. He graciously offered to remake it but it wasn’t worth the bother. All in all, I know things will get smoother. Just glad to finally have a Starbucks in my neighborhood! Grateful for this team.

Excited to have a Starbucks closer to home and hope this location gets much love from the community, and vice versa! The staff were cheery and kind day one. Our refreshers were delicious.
