Starbucks

This is my local Starbucks so I seriously am thinking of going to a different Starbucks due to their lack of understanding. I always order a Dragon fruit refresher with no water, light ice & exrta dragon fruit inclusions. Everytime I get my drink it's extra ice, light water with light inclusions. It's also a different price everytime I go so not all the workers are on the same page as far as pricing. How could a venti and Trenta be the same price?? I've also complained to management about the messed up drink then they tell me they will give me a free drink but when I get my replacement it still isn't right. **Its not letting me post a picture but after I took most ice out my beverage the drink was only filled half way to my cup. Should I order a grande next time with no ice because it's the same consistency so upset. It's funny how management hasn't reached out to me on here like everyone else.

I enjoyed the staff at the counter, they were both friendly and efficient. I sensed employees enjoyed their jobs.

Visit here 2 Fridays a month and the service is always friendly and impeccable. Unfortunately the other locale Monday thru Thursday by my employer is subpar. Seriously thinking about going 4 miles out of my way for better service. Such a shame the poor service at Kipling and Belleview.

24 ounce latte in a 24 ounce mug. At least three ounces missing. This is a regular thing now.

Walked over...just to find out it's "drive thru only" on a half price Thursday afternoon...yay management decision... **I really wanted to up the stars....so I did do drive thru this time.... No wonder the car in front of me asked for more.... I paid over $6.00 to not even get a full cup. ...and no I didn't drink any ... just moved the foam around to see.... probably wouldn't have looked had I not seen what the car in front of me did....

Best Starbucks staff I have interacted with. Drive through does take a while so I would recommend ordering ahead and walking in to grab it. Parking can be tough, especially during rush times in the drive through, so go around and park towards the back!
