Starbucks

I've never felt & been so ignored & it's not the first time at this store in particular! Vast difference between this store & he nearby Baker Ranch on Alton where you're ALWAYS Greeted & feel welcome & valued. The ONLY reason I went to Dimension is because they have Gingerbread Lattes, but didn't even taste that good & they forgot my topping, which was extra $. Robots would have better Customer Service then patiently waiting for 1 cup of coffee & possibly some ice all while being completely ignored. I was the nearby Bakery, A Little Something Sweet sold Lattes.....hmmm, they are much friendlier & waaaay nicer & engaging too!! Time for some friendly competition! I won't be frequenting Dimension SB again. Parking: Not much, plus employees park close by?!?!

Quick and easy to get your morning cup of Joe.

Went to Starbucks this morning and placed an order through the app. For a grande hot chocolate and banana bread since my juice place wasn't open yet. I don't even know why I decided to try Starbucks. A grande hot chocolate and you only filled it half way up? Is this a joke? Pretty sad that you charge over $4 for a basic hot chocolate with nothing special added to it and only filled the cup half way. I rather have more of it than the amount of whipped cream you decided to put on it. Then the barista decided to try and scold/lecture me because my order didn't come through at a specific time and I was already in line for it. Dude, I live a minute away, it's not my fault your system is slow. Probably should retrain the staff to not lecture other adults because their drink order wasn't in the system by the time they pulled in.
