This is not a sit down Starbucks Staff are friendly. Extremely impatient customers who do not have any patience for people that want to park.

I'll start by saying I go to this location often. After last night I will not be returning. At 7:26 pm. There were three cars ahead of me and none behind me. When it was my turn to order it was a little past 7:30 pm. The lady states sorry we are not taking anymore orders. I told her I was in line on time and I told her no one was behind me. She still said sorry and refused to serve me. Worst customer services I've had in awhile. Why they served the guy at the window who walked up as I was ordering I'll never understand. I guess I'll use my last remaining points and move on. Just one question for the District Manager. Why do we have Starbucks?

Usually go in mornings, morning crew is very respectful and customer friendly. Ended up going to drive through a couple minutes ago and right from the jump guy was rude. And then when we’re at window he forgot our hot chocolate and so we were just waiting and he was like “what else” in a rude way. I was as about to say something but not going to say waste my breath on a little kid that doesn’t enjoy his job. With an attitude like that, you mind as well find different job or work in warehouse so you don’t really talk to anyone. Maybe that’s why line was really moving slow, him with his attitude and getting orders wrong. We’ll just stick to mornings.

I received a defective tumbler and they refuse to exchange it without receipt, which I cannot locate. Thanks for keeping landfills full, Starbucks.

No indoor seating! Good outdoor sitting area.
