Starbucks

This is a nice, large Starbucks, with a huge dining area. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Service slow, probably due to being short staffed. Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Many non-coffee options available for kids. Good snacks and food choices for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking available. Easy to access building and plenty of space for eating in the restaurant.

Best Starbucks location on the east coast (and I've been to a lot of them)! The staff at this location is top notch. They always say hello as you come in the door and they get your order right. It's my early morning hangout. It's also a great location to work and/or meet friends or clients.

Come on, it's Starbucks. Lattes and PSL's for people that pay to get 20 minutes of "I'm important ". The real question is how does this particular Starbucks compare to other Starbucks... it is a friendly enough venue.

This is the best Starbucks in all of Knoxville! They are always so friendly and warm. They are very consistent. Never had a badly made drink from this location. I will drive just to go to this location, even if it is further away.

This by far is the best Starbucks in west Knoxville! The food is always fresh. The staff is amazing to say the least! I can't express enough how wonderful they all are! The drinks are always delicious and done correctly. They go above and beyond. It's the only one I will go to from now on.
