Starbucks

This location has gone downhill in the past year. 20 min in drive thru with only 2 cars in front is unacceptable. I understand if it is busy but lobby is empty.

they were helpful with helping me pick a drink.

I came in about 8:45 and I ordered a vanilla Frappuccino with five pumps of vanilla and they asked me what size and I gave them the large because I wanted a large or vent or whatever it’s called and I got a small and they kept talking while I sat there in the drive-through for 20 minutes, waiting on a single drink And the peppermint taste like really really bad and I do not recommend going at night time because they just don’t care

Great establishment, especially given this area is not the greatest anymore.. Fresh food and drinks, friendly & knowledgeable Staff/Barista's but Starbucks could chill on their prices a bit! $8 for a drink that maybe costs $1.00 or less to make, is a little excessive to me. Also need to go back to a decent points system for "members".
