Starbucks

Placed an order through the drive thru and was accused of yelling while the lady repeated my order when it was someone in the distance. Wasn't even the lady that took my order that complained about the yelling was some male that also had a headset.

They kicked everyone out because they were short staffed. I went there with intentions to study for while, but they randomly said that we all needed to leave cause their shift was over and only one person was left attending.

The person that seemed to be the manager, blonde lady, took our order with an attitude and did not listen to my wife when she asked for oat milk in her drink. Luckily the worker making it was super sweet but the other woman was just rude. I understand service workers having a bad day, but when you mess up orders because of it you need some work.

Starbucks tiene una variedad en café, siempre encuentras la bebida a tu gusto. La torta de cambur es buenísima, la recomiendo y la atención de su personal es buena.

I must give the employees at this location who was working at 3:15pm today Dec 6th a huge pat on the back. A mentally unstable man came in and was loud, disruptive, aggressive body language and clearly having a mental episode. The staff asked him to leave, he did not, they called the police. Before the police could arrive two of the employees came from around the counter and stood side by side in front of him asking him to please leave now. The man got with in about 1 inch of the male employee face in a threatening manner and continued rude aggressive language. The employee stood firm with out flinching and again demanding he leave. The man finally backed down and left. Lots of compliments to the staff for standing firm, professional and brave. My hats off to both employees especially the male employee (sorry I don’t know their names). They handled themselves very well in a potentially unsafe situation.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had in my entire life they don’t know how to make chai tea, and they don’t know how to make anything

They never have the delivery orders ready and having to wait long times to get orders are crazy! Meanwhile certain staff are standing around having full conversations while the orders are just sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged ! It’s unprofessional and lack of training customers come first in the customer service industry ! I will call corporate there is two main females kemy and another that we’re glasses
