Food and atmosphere are good similar to other Starbucks but the thing that stands out is the level of personalized customer service from an associate named Gabrielle .. she goes out of her way to remember her regulars along with what they normally get, has a very friendly personality and positive perspective on life and shares that fantastic smile with every customer that she comes into contact with, and is very knowledgeable about every combination of drinks offered by SBX .. Leadership should recognize the value that she brings to every store that she's worked at relative to customers and associates for several years

The last 2 times I've gone here, the frappucinos are very icey and watery and don't taste much like coffee or chocolate The banana walnut bread was good though.

Great little store. Always worried it's going to be closed down because it's never busy, but that's why it's my favorite. In and out quick!
