They know what they're doing. Many locations dont know how to make my white choc mocca. Plus, its in the mall :)

El peor servicio!!!! Atienden mal, nunca después de las 8 pm tienen capuchino, nunca preguntan si uno quiere azúcar o endulzante, el se mantiene sucio.

Crazy long lines. Ordered egg and bacon. It was terrible. Food was microwaved and cooled.down quickly. One slice of bacon and one small cheese. Goto Dunkin for a real sandwich! Get your drinks from Starbucks!
