Starbucks

I actually visited here to meet a family member to talk while I drank my Frappucino. I was too busy waiting for my drink and talking to said family that I totally forgot to take a photo. This is the busiest Starbucks I have been to. I'm assuming it's because of game day as this is located across the street from SoFi stadium. I visited at around noon on a Sunday. As always I place my order ahead on the app. The time given on the app for your order is obsolete as I waited 10 more minutes than indicated. It turned out my order was ready in time but never placed in the pick up area so my drink melted and had a new one made upon what seemed to be the manager's request. The kitchen area is very chaotic and the floor was dirty. Every single barista was busy with walk-ins, delivery and drive thru orders. Oh and the drive thru line here is all the way out to the street. I recommend ordering way ahead and going here with a lot of patience like I did. I'll still visit this location again because as I said, I have family living in Inglewood which I have to visit every once in a while. ☕

Hot chocolate was weak. Tables sticky. Floor and lot dirty.

Terrible customer service every time I’ve gone. Once they get busy and the pressure kicks in they get lazy and make dangerous mistakes such as putting cheese on my sandwich when I’m allergic. Another time was when they gave me a very cold double smoked sandwich. Looked like it was sitting around a while. Be careful when coming here and check your items.
