Starbucks

I have only done the drive-through. As you round the building...don't turn to wide as you can miss the order menu. Or maybe it was too early in the morning????

Not very fast at this location seemed they were dilly dallying and my wrap was still cold inside

I am disappointed in this location. It used to be good. The last 4 times I have gone my order has not been correct. I ask for whip cream my drink. Who ever makes my drink doesn't add it. The first 3x's I've been in a hurry so I haven't said anything. (Today 11/5/23) My drink sticker says whip cream. (LIKE IT ALWAYS DOES) The briastas seem to be missing it. I did ask for whip cream. She did add it to my drink after I mentioned it to her. The attention to detail has not been happening. Plus the bristas I say thank you, and most of the time. No one usially says you're welcome back. I know they can hear me. I say it loud enough for all to hear, because I appreciate there work and want to put a smile on there face. Even know my drinks haven't been correct. Hmmm Come on Keystone Starbucks, get it together.

Absolutely brutal service. Staff didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there ready to order and then spent 5 minutes complaining to a coworker about items that were not stocked the night before instead of preparing my order.

Today, September 9, 2023, I went to have a coffee and the tables were dirty, the floor was the same. Stressed workers and very bad service. I paid for whip cream and what they put in the coffee was a pittance… everything was terrible…. I do not recommend it

Horrible service here at this location as well as horrible attitude from the staff I placed a mobile order in advance and when I got there they were struggling to keep up with the orders and when I finally got my drink it’s was super watered down and it’s ridiculous because these drinks are 6 plus dollars and I almost wanted to make them remake it but I didn’t feel like going through all that trouble because my friend made them remake his drink but I highly recommend that you don’t buy your Starbucks from this location

Quick warning…..You’ll literally wait 30 minutes for your drink.
