This store has suffered greatly from what I can only imagine is mismanagement. For months some of the drinks you could order in-store were not available for mobile order. The staff is unorganized and the experience suffers. Recently, as someone else has mentioned, the staff allows persons experiencing homelessness to reside in the store from open to close. This week, however, they've moved their hours and do not open until 8:30am and "due to inventory issues" they're not serving most of their breakfast sandwiches. I'm not even sure why Simon keeps this location open anymore...
I used to love this starbucks. Lately a lot of homeless people have been hanging out inside, taking naps, leaving their belongings by the walkways etc. People usually hold meetings here and dont find this appropriate. The drinks have at times been watered down, or do not taste the way that they are supposed to.
Baristas fast and friendly! Great open space. Very clean. Perfect for meetings. Vegetarian options: Spinach feta wrap, egg white bites, and impossible sandwich
Extremely slow. They are understaffed. You’ll wait at least 25 minutes for a coffee.
The old staff was so much better. This staff rushes too much to make the drinks, which causes the drinks to not taste as they should. I hadn't been there in a while because my drinks are not always what I ask for and this used to never be an issue before. My drink today didn't have any creamer at all. I went back to get it remade and now there are just in my drink........ not going back to this place. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff is friendly.
