I ordered light ice but got a venti full with ice half cup. I asked to remove some ice and she said she would not add more milk. Wow. I didn't like to have more milk but the service like that is zero star

They took 9 minutes to make my drink and I was the only person in line. They just sat there and talked after they took my order. Slow service.

Every single employee working 11 25 were bad mouthing their customers. None of them friendly or helpful. 10 employees yet none of them care to speak to or help customers.
