Starbucks

This Starbucks is located in the Southport & Bluff store. One girl was washing dishes w her back turned to the counter and the other was too busy talking on the phone. She eventually waited on me only to tell me they don't carry raspberry syrup anymore. When I asked if she could use strawberry instead she was stumped bc it's a puree. The dishwasher finally told her she could, but she was obviously afraid of using enough to matter. I had to interrupt the girl, as she had immediately gone back to her phonecall, to ask for sugar bc the counter where it's kept ( nothing else not even stir sticks) was hidden on a side counter behind a ft wide post; and in front of it the aisle had 2 mover carts full of boxes. I managed to squeeze an arm thru. Terrible! I only treat myself to Starbucks on rare occasions, and w the $ even higher & that bad experience, I won't be doing anything it again!

I’m here at 8:17pm drove all the way from Moorseville because this location said they closed at 9pm and I needed to get a few things from the grocery side too. I walk up to the counter only to see the girl working there off to the side talking to two guys, I politely interrupted they’re conversations as I seen they already had their drinks and began telling her what I would like to order as she tells me they’re closed…. I asked her what time are they suppose to close at this location because online it says 9:00pm and she gives me random times 8:40, 8:30, 8:45 and as I look at my watch she says sometimes we close even earlier like 8:15…. I tell her that I drove pretty far to get here, would it be possible to order a drink then she walks away and continues talking to her friends. I have never had a bad experience at this location which is why I don’t mind the drive to get here but this will absolutely be my last time.
