I placed an order then I was getting ready to pay, I paid but I realized they charge me extra I asked for a receipt and saw that they gave them self’s a tip without asking me. Very unprofessional

The morning crew makes my coffee perfect every time. I come in the afternoon or evening never get it right. This is very frustrating.

The staff that works at this location are amazing!! They are genuinely nice people who enjoy making people smile! Great coffee too! Caedence is the sweetest!

I have so many issue's with this location on a daily basis It makes me want to find a new coffee spot some baristas are awesome others are very nonchalant and careless it cost nothing to be kind and when a honest mistake is made it's ok fix it but please don't tell me its nothing you can do about Your consent mistake's I'm fed up
