April 21, 2022 my husband went in around 9:10am ordering us some drinks and food. He just came back home around 9:52am. 30 minutes! I wanted a iced chia latte with a chocolate croissant. Everything was wrong. Apparently my husband went in and he was greeted and not welcomed with a smile. He dresses very urban than your average person. He talked to a woman at the register that was white and just didn’t really acknowledge him and what he wanted right for me. Not once did she asked if my drink was hot or cold. Didn’t ring him up for my chocolate croissant either. I used my Starbucks gift card that I got in the mail from a previous mishap and now it happened again. Today’s workers have no costumer service or manners. Especially since it’s Starbucks has been in the media for discrimination before. Before he left he waited 15 minutes for a chocolate croissant that was even chocolate, it was regular. I don’t usually complain because there’s people out here who don’t have food and would love to have what I have, but I would’ve been nice to get my money’s worth! Starbucks isn’t the same anymore sadly. Editing this because yesterday on December 11th at around 2:28pm, my drinks weren’t mixed well, were separating, and tasted awful. My husband’s sandwich was cold and tasted stale. I wanted to give this location another try because it’s the closest to the house, but I believe my order was purposely tampered with because of the issues going on with Israel and Palestine. Some white girl with blonde hair, dark tips, and split bangs made my order. She had a nasty attitude from the jump.
