Great coffee

Completely done with Starbucks. They didn't shake my iced "shaken" espresso. Prices insane, coffee mediocre. Done.

Bad service o got the wrong sandwich and the attendant said YOU ORDER WRONG THERE IS NOTHING I CAM DO

I had a special offer But One Get One Free to come back as a rewards member. This location is not busy, road construction is blocking their entrance. There are 4 customers in the dining area, that had already been served and no one else waiting to order. 2 cars in the driver-thru. I asked to have one drink made now and the other when I am ready to leave as it is for my son. I would understand if they were busy, that might be difficult to accommodate and would not have asked in that situation. The reason given is that it would be difficult to track the orders doing that. My question is: When a drink is ordered, a sticker is printed that is applied to a cup. Why couldn't the sticker be put on the cup and set aside until I am ready to leave and made then. I do not understand losing business because you are asked to hold off on making a drink for 30 minutes. My mind is boggled that an establishment would be this unreasonable. I have come to this store multiple times and have always had a good experience with helpful, pleasant staff and great products. Maybe that is why I am so surprised at the attitude this time.
