A smile goes a long way! No one was smiling at this place today!!!

Nice place but why the internal temp is kept so low??? Especially makes no sense as this is a beach location and people come in flip flops, shorts and tanks. Came in for coffee but had to leave after 15 min because it was so cold and uncomfortable. It’s kind of ridiculous if you need to bring a sweater in FLORIDA to order coffee… won’t be returning.

Love my Starbucks on 192 and the one on Babcock in Melbourne. Super fast friendly service. They move the line so quickly. I avoid the one on palm Bay road ugh 20 min wait time every time

Starbucks has a good product. What kills a location is the personality of the workers. The person taking the order should be personable. This location was a bit distant, with no eye contact and no cheer. Everyone has a bad day, so I will try it again and see.
