I had been given a less than satisfactory Caramel Ribbon Crunch that I purchase daily. The male manager took my name and told me to come back and he would put my name and info in a book for me to get a make up order plus a refund. I was pleasantly surprised. I decided today 2/12/2024 to get my make up order . Well when I went in the Manager (Korean lady) got rude with me never looked in the book to see was MY name in there until I said it for the 3rd time but barely looked. Refused to honor what the other manager promised then proceeds to tell my A 51 YEAR OLD WOMAN THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO TASTE IT BEFORE I LEFT THEN TOLD THE YOUNG MAN MAKING MY ORDER THAT HE NEEDED TO MAKE SURE I TASTED BEFORE I LEFT. WHO DOES THAT. IM A GROWN WOMAN. I PRAY THE OWNERS GET HER MOUTH AND ATTITUDE UNDER CONTROL BECAUSE I FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE KIDS THAT HAVE TO WORK WITH HER. RUDE AS HECK IM DONE WITH THIS STORE
Never seen a more incompetent group of workers. Forgot to even put sweetener in the coffee.
The staff working was so rude . I think the girls name was Kaylee ,if I can remember correctly. They stood there talking for at least 5 min before my order was taken. Continued to talk while orders piled up. My drink wasn’t made correctly so I kindky asked her to remake it and she got an attitude with me . I usually love my experience here, but every time she is working it’s a horrible one. No hospitality at all. Got to do better …
30 minutes, just standing in line... and the drink was terrible.
