employees and product is awesome.! fyi...drive-thru or walk-up window only.. tables outside.. but, the outside is nasty. it really could use a pressure wash ! Parking: few spaces. but, manageable.
Came here on a rainy day and as a walk-up (they do not have an inside area), the customer service started off sub-par, but the drive thru had at least 7 cars waiting and three walk-ins, including myself, so I cut her some slack. I hope the staff was not discriminating against me, as a person of color, but they served the entire drive thru line and all the walk-ins, including an older White gentleman that came in AFTER me. I waited about a minute before I realized the parking lot was empty and all the other walk-ins had left. I approached the window soaking wet and when the girl noticed me, she shouted across the room "can I help you?" at which point I merely replied, "my drinks?" to which she looked at her coworker almost in confusion (I was red in the face), after this - they made my drink and it was ready less than 2 minutes. TLDR; received terrible customer service and drive thru preferred for this location
This little drive thru located on brookhurst and Adams ave in Huntington Beach is small. They do not offer indoor seating.
Nice place to come to. My dog always gets excited when we get here!
If there is less than 1 star to give this location I would definitely. No matter what time it is I come to this location, they are extremely slowwww, never get the order right no matter what I pacify to them, they still get the order wrong. It’s like they want to say no matter what you tell me how you want your order we will do it the way we want. Hopefully corporate will pay attention
The manager I believe her name is Heather is one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m the customer you should treat your customer with utter respect. But I believe Heather thought otherwise. I personally don’t know how she is still a manager here. Starbucks needs to do better.
