The workers at this location all need training in personality and manors. Wake up !!!!! Your at work!!!! Put in some effort. Turn of the air conditioner as well !!!! Its winter. But yet it's always freezing here!!!! Take some initiative and try and use your minds.

Very elegant atmosphere!

All their drinks suck, everything is watered down & doesn’t taste like it does at other locations. Even if you ask them to remake it, they still give you watered down drinks & the barista gets an attitude about it. I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location now that has a drive thru. I can see from past reviews this is a consistent issue, why not fix it & retrain your baristas? You’re losing customers.

I went inside to order and enjoy, that didn't happen. They were too busy to wait on me. I left with no coffee. Thanks alot starbucks. So, even with that, against my judgement. I went back! Intended a gift card and went inside, waited 20 minutes while they gathered up the tips. From 3 places, inexcusable, I will remember how they prioritized tips over serving. Next time I probably will not go here, too badd, I could walk here too.
