Normally i love this location, however when it gets busy there's a women who has a bad temper and doesn't make drinks correctly or to order.

Bought a coffee on my Starbucks app, and then a refill at the counter was charged for the refill. Contacted Starbucks on a chat and was told that only company owned stores provide free refills. I think this is false and my chat was a negative experience.
