Why do I need to tip before I get the order? The Starbucks company needs to be honest with the customers and rise the shown price of items instead of aking for tips before serving anything.

Coffee was perfect

This Starbucks has bad vibes. Like very bad vibes. Everything went smooth until I didn’t leave a tip. I pressed no tip and this ladies whole attitude changed and so did all the workers. You want me to tip on an overpriced drinks? I go to the bathroom and come back and see my drink is ready. They wouldn’t give it to me. After 5 mins of sitting there and my drink ready, they gave it to me. 3/4 of it full. $7 on this drink and you couldn’t fill it all the way up? And the lid and cup was a mess with the drink all over it.( Also I was the only customer inside the store, they didn’t have a long drive through line either.) and they were all giving me dirty looks. I said thank you and the guy just looked at me weird. Idk just bad vibes, maybe because I didn’t tip, maybe because of their own prejudice, or maybe because they were having a bad day. But either way this was unfair treatment to a customer paying $7 for a drink.
