Title: Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Customer Service Experience I recently visited this Starbucks location with the expectation of enjoying a warm beverage and some quiet time before closing. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular employee. Upon arriving at 8:28 PM, just two minutes before the posted closing time of 8:30 PM, I found the door already locked. Despite my attempts to engage with the employee inside, she refused to acknowledge my presence until precisely 8:30 PM, at which point she curtly informed me that the store was closing. Not only was this behavior rude and dismissive, but it also demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards customers who may arrive shortly before closing. As someone who values excellent customer service, I was extremely disappointed by this encounter. I hope that management will address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are trained to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for customers, regardless of the time of day. Until then, I cannot recommend this Starbucks location to others. Pop p P
