I went by thy drive thru today at this location (120th and Crenshaw) at approximately 9:15pm and ordered 4 drinks, 2 of which were frappuccinos they forgot to give me straws so pulled over to get them through the front door however it was locked. Insted of giving me the straws through the door, they wanted me to go back through the drive thru and wait about 20 minutes in line. When I called to express my frustration, the “supervisor” Ryan said it was my fault for not asking for straws. He might have a supervisor tittle but what he does not have is common sense. Frappuccinos ALWAYS come with a staw because they do not come with a sipping cap. Ryan you suck at offering options to solutions!!!
