Starbucks

All good

Service was prompt. Coffee was made as I liked it.

Just picked up my mobile order my drink was wrong so i asked for it to be fixed and Steph had an attitude and problem with helping me do that. I also asked for a stopper and a sleeve (my drink was extra hot) or was supposed to be and also a cup holder she didnt even respond. I asked another employer for help and she smiled and was helping me while Steph interrupted her to “help” me. I thanked her smiled and said “have a good day” once again silence. I literally work around the corner and come here often I have never seen Steph before but I will not return after her nasty service.

I love coming to this starbucks, been coming here for years, and I've loved it. Lately though on Sunday mornings there is a cashier/barista that isn't very pleasant and almost seems to have an attitude for no reason, like she is forced to be there. I am big on service that is why I am only giving them a 4, they are 5 when she's not there.
