Starbucks

I wish I could add a picture of the work environment/employees. Rude, dirty dishes, trash over filled to the point of being on the counter. I will stick with the individual stores with expectations

Always out of everything

Place was clean and organized. Workers were friendly, but a little distracted with two of them behind the counter. Order was made correctly and quickly. Kid-friendliness: Friendly to the kids and offered them samples.

I came to this location around 6:00pm tonight when there was no one in line. The girls working didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up. Eventually one walked up to the register and just stared at me. Never greeted me or asked what they could get me or how they could help me. Made my drink wrong but didn’t offer me a recipt or anything to even see if they rang it in right. Disappointed in this experience

Asked for tall pink drink then remembered the tall ones were venti and said I’d like venti but girl still gave me a “tall,” which at Starbucks means a small and not the tall cup. Waited to ask about this but the employees all seemed clueless.

I placed a mobile order today for my pink drink and it looked as it it wasn’t made in the shaker and just put in the cup and handed to me. I asked if it could be remade and the barista ‘Dontae’ for it to be remade and they told me no and to mix it myself.
