Store was very clean and baristas were extremely friendly and fast.
Tracy, the manager, is rude. My daughter used a gift card to order a drink, and Tracy added the wrong drink to the order. When my daughter asked for the correct drink, she kept giving her a hard time and wouldn't correct the order. The drink she gave her is not something my daughter even likes, so we know she wouldn't order it. When we went back in to ask for it to be corrected, she argued with us and was unwilling to make it right. Terrible customer service and not at all a good reflection on Starbucks generally.
do not waste your time coming here, rude manager. they messed my order and said it would be un upcharge to fix it, after i gave them a tip.
Tracy, the manager on shift yesterday evening = thumbs down! If the customer orders Mocha or Motcha and there’s been a mistake, just fix it! You had the opportunity to deliver a positive customer service experience but being right was more important to you Tracy. That’s the way to lose customers. And it seems like previous reviews point to you as the culprit of other negative reviews. Starbucks should be addressing this.
Terrible customer service because of a terrible manager. My niece ordered a Matcha Frappuccino and was given a mocha Frappuccino. Tracy, manager, refused to make it right and claimed my niece ordered mocha. She does not even like mocha, so there is no way she would have accidentally ordered this. Absolutely ridiculous to hold firm on this when it would have been so simple to just make it right.
Awesome customer service! The staff were all wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. It's conveniently located. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
The baristas are always super friendly and it’s a convenient location. However, buyer beware that it’s a licensed location and so they are unable to take Starbies app coupons or reward points, but they can definitely take your money via the Starbucks app.
The manager left the team during a rush. Food orders were piled high, and reshuffled by the team. Never got my food order, find a different Starbucks or skip it entirely when there is a line.
