Overpriced cups of coffee the only reason I win here's somebody gave me a free gift card for $10 I think I got two cups of coffee and it was gone I don't understand why people go here waste their money how much money do you waste here

Absolutely NO sense of urgency. No thought to morning rush. Workers cleaned and took MORE orders before making any previous orders

I orderd, Oat milk latte payed for it then after 5 minutes, sorry we don't have oat milk. ok, refund my money pls no go customer service line up for refund!! could you imagine in the morning not having your coffee & this? after I lined up they said sorry you have to go back then call Mgr, the manager is rude!!!.
