Starbucks

There were only three workers which none of them knew how to do their job. I placed an order 30 mins ago and when I asked them for it they said someone took it which is not true and I still haven’t got it

No one made the drinks purchased through the mobile app. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the waiter for someone to start making them. After the drinks were made, there were no suitable lids, no straws, and the wrong things were made. It was very bad. This is the worst thing I have ever encountered. Terrible Starbucks

Worst Starbucks ever. Waited 20 mins for a matcha latte that was tasted water mixed with matcha powder.

Terrible service, the girl was very slow, 1 hour to wait for a hot chocolate and no anti-scald cardboard, they should improve their service pésimo servicio, la chica muy lenta 1 hora para esperar un chocolate caliente y sin cartón anti quemaduras deberían de mejorar su servício

If I could give this place 0 stars I would cuz today I went here with my brother and I got the matcha tea latte, it tasted absolutely disgusting. There’s a Starbucks near my workplace and they make the best Iced matcha tea latte. The girl with the red highlights doesn’t know how to make drinks. Idk how is this place even functioning. It needs to shut down. My brother got the “Tall salted caramel cold brew and he did not like it at all. I had throw my drink out. Y’all need to do better cuz we pay for our drinks. Money doesn’t grow on tress y’all. Do better!!!

Worst starbucks I've ever ordered from. Will not be a 2nd time. Irresponsible and horrible attitude from cashier and baristas

No ice tea/lemonade. Wouldn't take cash. No Bags. Place is a poorly managed disaster

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever purchased from anywhere in the world. The workers lied about not having the cups to make the drink I wanted the way I wanted then when I saw it right there under the counter they pretended not to know it was there. The counters and serving space was extremely dirty and messy. They weren’t even wiping down the counter. The two young girls making the drinks were wiping their face and nose, scratching their heads and chatting away about some man issues. All with no gloves. The drinks were made messy. Spills on the sides of the cups that weren’t wiped away before giving them to customers. The milk they used to make the drink was clearly spoiled since my whole family got terribly sick for two days after having the drink. Absolute worst Starbucks in the world. If I could have given zero stars I would have Do Not Buy Here. Starbucks should have this outlet closed down or change out the staff and overhaul.

40 minutes for 3 mocha fraps ! Sucks
