Great customer service and friendly staff. Ameria was very helpful with making changes to my drink with no hesitation. Both young ladies had excellent customer service skiĺls!

Okay, this is the first review I’ve ever left in my life. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have been to this location, they’re out of half their ingredients. Today, espresso machine is down and cannot service ANY coffee. No hot coffee ready, no drip coffee prepared, no cold brew, nothing. What is the purpose of having this location if you’re not going to EVER have what you need to run. If you’re looking for coffee, go to the McDonald’s in the same parking lot because chances are, Starbucks doesn’t have coffee.

They are always out of something, or a machine is down and they can’t make over half of the drinks.

Tonight I came there with my best friend and all of our rambunctious little ones. Mine in particular were being wild. When I went to pay for my coffee my card wouldn’t work (I later found out it had been locked for suspicious activity lol) and I tried everything else I had and was so embarrassed. The cashier kindly told me not to worry about it and I could still have my drink. I know it may not have meant much to them, but that free coffee meant a lot to me in that moment of chaos.

So, I just left the Starbucks, I went in and ordered the same Java Chip that I’ve been ordering for years. When she gave it to me, it looked strange. So I asked”Should there be something on the whip cream”. She gave me a very confident “No, if it was a Mocha Cookie Crumble it would”. As I’m walking off, I pull up my past orders on the app. There it was, drizzle on top of the whip cream. I started to keep walking but I went back, by that time she had walked off, so I showed the other girl and asked her to relay the message. I don’t believe in the customer always being right, but this time the customer was right. So, how do you work somewhere and don’t know the product you’re selling?

drinks are well made but the workers can be extremely rude and talk about work schedules and issues out loud in front of costumers where everyone can hear. I have at times avoided this Starbucks if I see certain workers
