Everyone on the shift at 10:58am Friday 17th lacked total enthusiasm. I’m not sure they want to be at work. Poor social skills. Made me feel akward about asking questions. There was lady with big holes In her ears just mean mugging me. Adding to the akward vibe exponentially.

I was lucky enough to get good Barista's on this day - the blend was just right... I love it when they listen and actually know what they're doing back there... Parking: It's just inside a Target store that has been around forever! Tons of parking Kid-friendliness: It's inside a well established Target store and Target is a very kid-friendly environment Wheelchair accessibility: It's Target - front door parking for wheelchair mobility. Big, wide, hands free door operating entry, bathrooms are clean and have wheelchair access.

Team members were talking about customers and other team members in a derogatory way in ear shot of where customers sit down to relax.

This Starbucks always has terrible service. I don't know if they train their employees about customer service or anything

The service in this Starbucks is absolutely terrible. From closed lobby, to closed drive thru, to long wait times. This has been an issue for nearly a decade. I keep giving it a try hoping it will get better but more time than not it’s a disappointment. The fact that Starbucks has allowed this location to give subpar service blows my mind. I frequent Starbucks often and will avoid this one, even though it’s the most convenient. All that Starbucks is showing me that they are getting to big and don’t care if they have locations not delivering service. All they care about is the mighty dollar and are losing perspective on their customers.
