Starbucks

A really cool and nice spot to relax and get a drink. Sunday seems to a quiet time to go unless you're into the crowd. The staff was accommodating and the place was clean. The floor had been recently mopped I went in. The prices are better for some of the items here as well, compared to other restaurants. This particular shop doesn't take personal cups yet, so if you want to use one of theirs for your drink you'll have pour the drink into your cup yourself. It is possible that they have caught onto to that by now but heads up anyway. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of plant based drinks in drinks and some in food options. Dietary restrictions: Dairy replacements are available for all of the drinks. Parking: There's parking in the back as well as in front of the building.

This location is embarrassing to the Starbucks brand because they didn’t have anything at all. I usually buy, bagel, oatmeal, and matcha drink, which they also did not have. This location doesn’t know how to make starbucks drinks. What they made for us was gross. I asked for a refund and they keep offering something that they didn’t have. Reason because they didn’t know how to use the machine to reimburse me. They gave me cash. Even more, their staff is rude and ignorant. I asked for them manager and they didn’t call her, they just looked at each other and called someone else. I asked if any of them were the manager and the girl got mad at me. We left because we didn’t know who to talk to and everything was no good. We will never go back to this location. I don’t recommend this location.

Always quick service and friendly

Very clean starbucks. 10/10 Baristas. Will forever be team Campus Pointe Starbucks. Always a pleasant time when here.

Multiple times dealing with Very rude service barista or cashier act like they hate there job and total mood killing attitude

Do NOT go to this location unless you want to get ripped off!!! Chloe Cantu said that this Starbucks is tied with the University and can charge however they want. So they charged me $10.55 for a Venti Caramel Frapp with 5x pump of their frap roast (coffee that is alrdy being used to make this drink since i dont want it to taste like milk) No Whip and extra caramel drizzle ontop. 80 cent for caramel. $4 for extra pump of coffee. SMDH. Even Starbucks in Pacifica, Bay area and down south of Ca, does NOT ripp people off like this!
