I regret to say that my recent experience at Starbucks was utterly disappointing. The lack of manners and business ethics among the staff was evident. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but their overall demeanor left much to be desired. It's disheartening when a brand known for its customer service falls short in such a fundamental aspect.
Music is way too loud all the time. I have asked them to turn it down and they ignore me. Who is the customer?????
I love this store the only complaint is that I have to return to the store to ask for more white chocolate mocha syrup because they didn't put the amount that you asked when ordering
They put drive up and internet orders over walk in. Was in store 30 min . Took order quickly, but waited for it . Server said sorry ,but it's Starbucks . And that's right it is .
Just as Starbucks should be. Clean, polite and professional service and of course decently good coffee drinks.
