4/2/24 I went back inside today and ordered with the same employee and he/she was much more attentive and polite. The order only took 3 minutes to get out . I really appreciate their quick service today. Your drive through is great too. I have had awesome experiences with the drive through crew! Thank you :) I had a very poor customer experience with an employee named Jonah today. Jonah seemed awfully scattered brained while taking my order. He/she didn’t know they had a certain coffee available and stated that he/she had just got there after realizing they did have the coffee I asked for. I smiled it off and ordered a pumpkin bread warm with a Venti dark roast and offered to buy he/she a coffee too just trying to lighten up the situation. He/she said nothing… I paid with my app and sat down. My pumpkin bread was out within a minute! After 15 minutes of waiting for my coffee, I got up from the table , got back in line and re-ordered the entire order again just to see if the customer experience would be different. It definitely was better but after she rang it up I confused her by saying I would just like my original order and that the original coffee was never made for me. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Very apologetically she turned to an employee and within 30 seconds I had a coffee in my hand. While I was explaining the original order issues to her, Jonah came out of the back and heard me say the coffee was never made. He/she looked at a beautiful blonde employee said a few words and the blonde said sorry , they had miscommunication on the order. I truthfully believe all this miscommunication through the entire process was unfortunately on Jonah being completely scatterbrained, unprofessional and unprepared to start his/her shift. Please look into this matter, as I know your cameras have audio video on them. I purchased my order at 11:24 on 3/7/2024.
A bit small but ok for a pickup.
Out of every Starbucks, I’ve been to, this one was the absolute best, hands-down. I placed the mobile order and immediately went to drive-through to pick it up, which is something customers usually should not do yet they were very accommodating and made my order immediately. They are very attentive, and very nice. I will continue to use this Starbucks before work! Good job yall!
