I always use the drive through and my order is always ready when I reach the window and staff is very polite and outgoing.

This location is trash anymore. Order ahead is a joke most times never ready. The staff couldn't possibly move any slower. Been going here for 5 years and never this slow or bad. Looks like I'll be going to another location.

While my husband and I don't live in Fort Wayne, our best friends do! So, we frequent this Starbucks location consistently. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. They have never messed up our order. And I'll admit I can be really particular about how I want my drink made. In fact, I am not a coffee drinker per se. I only order a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and crunch on top. Yum!! Parking: Parking can be a little tricky but we've always found a spot.
