The worst carmel frappucino I have ever drank
One of the African American lady staff working on January 9th 2024 before 11am really showed superb customer service. I asked for a cup of warm water for my kid. Even though I did not buy anything on this visit due to airport security check, she offered and helped me steam the water to the right temperature so my kid can have warm water when he is not feeling well. This employee is the type of Starbucks employee who makes me want to come back to Starbucks.
The people here were so sweet and kind definitely a great experience! Thank you to the people who worked here on 11/18/23 at 6:55 pm the coffees were amazing!
3 workers with 3 people in line 15 min wait. 4 tea pitchers empty so you would think they would make tea, no easier to say we don’t have it. Should be a rule for employee cell phone use and maybe things would get done
As the signage says: exceptional customer service"???? I had to greet the cashier behind a big box that was on the counter. She did not smile or even make eye contact with me during the entire transaction process. When I went to pick up my order, same issue with barista....no smile, nothing from this person either. She placed my order on counter without saying a word, I just happened to see my name on it, so I picked it up and said "have a better day". Unfortunately still got NO REACTION. I work with the Military in California. I retired and decided to go back to work for the Military because I like to see them smile and this is my way of thanking them for keeping our country safe. I try to make each individual enjoy their day, have a good or better day. A SMILE ☺ A DAY, GOES A LONG WAY. PUT A SMILE ON SOMEONE'S FACE TODAY.
I ordered a mocha 15 minutes before my plane boarded. There was no line and 3 staff (who did nothing). They did not make the drink in time and I had to leave without my drink. Just kind of not a good feeling.
