The coffee is not tasty. The desserts are terrible and like they are made of plastic. The service is not very good.

FYI: Perfectly serviceable Starbucks, but I work in NYC and the prices in this store are somehow higher than NYC. It was $19 for a grande cold brew and venti matcha latte—maybe it’s a surcharge the Westins puts in place, but it was a bit jarring.
