Personal de las 4 de la tarde súper grosera nada amables, desde que llegué estaban hablando y yo parada esperando que me atendieran y luego ni me miraba para preguntarme si necesitaba algo que le den un curso de atención al cliente
Today, I am the most wonderful opportunity to be treated poorly at the Starbucks location by the cashier Ana. Upon arrival, we made eye contact, so I patiently waited for her to greet me. Since she did not, I kindly asked if they were open. She smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes. She proceeded to walk to the cash register to log in. Even at this moment, she made no attempt to speak verbally. I was not sure if she had a mental illness like autism. Once she logged in, she assumed I saw her side of the screen and waited for me to place the order. I placed my order, and as I was paying, she answered a call. She informed the caller, "I thought you were going to come help me. Then, she laughed about how she forgot she worked the next day. What a wonderful experience that motivated me to no longer purchase from this location. Great job, Ana, on making a customer feel like a burden for providing business.

Great coffee, just as needed. Air-conditioning was a bit cool for my liking, but that's controlled by the mall, not Starbucks.
Lazy workers. Act like they don’t want to do their job, and do it wrong every time. Pumpkin chai didn’t have pumpkin powder on it. asked for no whip on the ribbon crunch, and got whip… asked for food warmed and everything was cold … never have this experience at any other starbucks. were rude when saying they didn’t have something and laughed ab it. whoever was working around 11:30 am today (10/20/23) clearly doesn’t take their job seriously and at the expense of the customers food… not going back.
Staff was rude they charged for items they then said weren't available and would not refund the money. Won't go back.
