I am a regular and I have a few go to beverages, one of which is the caramel ribbon crunch. Today I received a caramel ribbon crunch just about cream in color. Which this beverage usually ranges from a caramel to a dark caramel color. So I asked a staff member "is this the correct beverage?", she immediately seem very agitated while saying "Taste it if you don't like it I can make another one".. I tasted it and it did not taste anything like the typical caramel ribbon crunch I usually order. However, she never returned to assist me. So I got the attention of another staff member, who's seemingly made the original beverage, because when I tried to explain it to her she said "I know what you have".. She made the beverage again and again it was not good at all.. At this point I didn't even want to say anything as both staff members seemed very annoyed that I was dissatisfied with my beverage.. and there was even an exchange of a few whispers with another staff member.. so I simply asked is it possible to just add a bit of coffee in there, because it still did not taste like a caramel ribbon crunch frap.. instead she insisted making another even though she was obviously very annoyed with me at this point. However seeing that she made the beverage wrong twice.. I did not want her to waste the time creating the beverage once more and it not be satisfactory.. so I insisted on adding bit of coffee.. to the existing beverage and left. My beverage was reasonable enough to drink at this point but definitely not what I am used to from Starbucks. This was a pretty uncomfortable transaction and made me not want to return to the Starbucks ever again!
