Management and employees are very incompetent. As someone who is close friends with Starbucks management, trainers and Human Resources , I can say this location needs a lot of help with their staff friendliness . Have been here plenty of times and always get issues with my order with no care for the issue with the exception of a refund. After my mishap with today’s order I will not be back at this particular location. Waiting 40 minutes just to be told I have to wait and my ticket hasn’t been printed is unreal.

Customer service this morning was awful the African American Lady is so rude I mean ruuuude.. People come on is not our fault that you are having a bad day if you don’t know how to control your emotions stay at home..
