Starbucks

This location has a rude male employee who works the drive-thru window. We placed a mobile order and went through drive-thru shortly after ordering. There was a long line so we knew it would be at least a few minutes before we approached the window. As I gave my name to the employee for pick up with a sassy attitude he told us we had just placed our order a few minutes ago and they hadn’t even started them. He said next time you come here do not get in line until the order is ready. He proceeded to tell me he was going to make us park and wait for pulling up so early. He was extremely rude. Mind you we spent 15 minutes waiting in line after this interaction. There was no reason for him to be rude or tell us how to do things in the future. It was our first and last visit here. There’s absolutely no reason why he should be talking to anyone as he did. Customer service is not for everyone.

This is the only Starbucks store I've seen that has "for here" ceramic cups and glass glass cups for their in lobby customers. If the employee doesn't forget they are supposed to give you a 10 cent discount even though it is their cups and glasses they're using. The only reason I deduct one or two stars is that the "for here" glasses aren't always squeaky clean, the customer restroom looks and feels grimy, and I don't always like the music they're playing. I like most of the food and drinks I get here and the service is nice. The employees sometimes make mistakes with my orders but always fix them if I bother to bring it to their attention. Every once in a while they serve samples or the other day an employee gave me a free cheese danish. The drive through layout isn't the best and it can get very busy and have long lines. Actions speak louder than words. I'm at this store almost every day as of March 2024. Ideally, I should only consume food and drinks I've prepared at home. Maybe I'll reach this goal by the end of this August.

Baristas are friendly and willing to help also very friendly. Plenty of sitting however does get crowded during peak hours. Parking: They have only way to the drive thru which is the aisle opposite the drive thru and it takes you around the parking lot. They have it coned off so that people can't cut you off to get to the drive thru and therefore in front of you. I love that they did this because if they didn't the drive thru would go out to the main aisle lanes and cause bad traffic. The parking lot is rather small and if the drive thru is packed it could cause problems parking or getting out of a parking spot.

I'm a food delivery person. I dread having to come to this location to pick up for my customers... The staff seem friendly but only talk amongst themselves and do not tend to the people who are waiting on orders. Literally stood there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. I'm erked. The excessive wait time also affects my reviews and tips... Sucks!
