I asked them to do my strawberry acai lemonade twice they're horrible and with a attitude

Ordered espresso with mocha syrup and get the most gross coffee I ever had. This store probably is the worst Starbucks I ever been to.

Service was awful, got my order mixed up and when I finally got what I ordered they still messed it up. Coffee didn't even taste good. Definitely pass next time.

Victoria is the barista that you will be hearing profanity and rude comments and unpleasant attitudes toward the customers. When a customer asked for his order, she rolled her eyes and annoyingly said to him someone is making it! She had all mobile orders behind these 3 big starbucks bags and the name on the orders facing towards them where customers cannot check for their drinks without having to ask one of the baristas but when asked they get agitated and frustrated and short with the customers?!?! When someone moved the bags to check for their drinks, then she sarcastically said “well that defeats the whole purpose of putting these bags here.” She is sooo unprofessional and scary to her customers. And no one was even rude or deserves that kind of treatment from her during my waiting time there. If she was hungry like she complained to the whole world, then take a break or call out or do something but to take it out on your customers at work are unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very bad experience. They were chatting and laughing while I was waiting for the coffee. No one worked there. My friend helped me get the coffee and the venti I ordered was made grande for me. It was very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this place.
