If Robert is working the drive thru I know I will have a good morning! No matter how busy or chaotic it is, Robert always greets with a pleasant voice and an eagerness to please. My order is accurate, my puppy is acknowledged, and I feel a little better no matter how tough the day is. Thank you to amazing humans like Robert who make Starbucks great.
I came here with one of my friends for the Deaf Chat, to get exposure hours for school. Anyway, I got a Carmel Macchiato & she got a citrus tea. We both got a cheese Danish, all were awesome! The service was friendly, fast, and courteous. Prices were about what would be expected at Starbucks. What surprised me was they had coffee mugs & tumblers designed by a deaf artist, & Starbucks finger spelled on the back of the workers' shirts. I thought it was cool. You don't see that very often
Staff is rude as all get out. If you don’t want to work go home don’t take it out on the customers!!!!
Not the greatest Starbucks. To their credit, they are understaffed but do the best they can.
Starbucks is Starbucks, the food and drink is mid af. Kind people but doesn’t seem very well managed, especially in the latter half of the day. Often inconstancies in service, long wait times, etc. Parking lot is laid out poorly. Baristas are often stressed out completing orders so they aren’t always the nicest/most helpful. Prices go up every few months, and are super ridiculous now. Just make coffee at home, save your time and money.
