Place is a joke. Wait in drive thru line over 30 minutes for you to get the order wrong. It’s not like it’s a quick fix because the inside of the building is not open. So what are you to do go back into line and wait another 30-40 minutes. HOW HARD IS YOUR JOB????

Always have an excuse when ordering inside with a snarky response “by the way it’s going to be about 25-30 minutes to get your order” ALL I DID WAS ORDER BLACK COFFEE??? Is no one questioning the fact they’re even telling their customers that? Do they not realize how condescending and lazy that sounds to a loyal customer? I’m curious if the general manager is even present on the weekend to witness this. This is the 3rd time out of all 3 times this has happened, all weekend days. I don’t have a problem with a longer wait time, but it just sounds super lazy and like I’m inconveniencing them by placing an order. Definitely some work to do on this location.
