We asked that a custom made Venti drink be split between 2 grand cups and was told that they didn't do that. We have been told on numerous occasions by Starbucks customer service that they absolutely will do that. We pay for everything in the custom drink to include the extra shots and can have it anyway we want it. We didn't get the drink. Walked out.

Absolutely love this Starbucks and wish we were closer to this location!! Kiara is absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and friendly and approachable, she was especially sweet when we got up to the window. If I ever get the chance to come to Fishers again, I will most definitely be back!!! And if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!!!
