Good service, but a little slow

90% of the time they don't have any Frappuccinos. Like I'm not even exaggerating how is that even possible?

Friday 01/26/2024 @ 5:28PM. I had placed a drive thru order for 4 Venti drinks I was the only vehicle in line, the young lady took my payment, gave back my CC and walked away. It was more than 8 minutes until I was given drinks which it’s understandable if there were more cars waiting but there none just mine. This isn’t the first time this happens I haven’t been to a Starbucks that is slow.

Very peaceful and friendly nice service

This very popular Starbucks location at Dempster and Dodge in Evanston is often out of items including stoppers, drink, sleeves, etc. One day, It was actually bottles of water. Parking: The takeout line goes through the center of the parking spaces left or right. It makes it very difficult for anyone who has parked in any of those spaces to get out because there’s always a line of cars going through the drive-through. There is some parking to the side if you can obtain one of those spots better to park on the street.
