So we pulled in to order and the guy was rude while we were ordering. While we pulled up to pay he was rudely telling us to answer the question and then started shacking the monitor for us to pay. Later he repeated our order correctly so we thought it was fine. Then we receive our order and it is completely the wrong size and he started getting mad at us as if we didn’t tell him. Later he tells us to pay again and tells us to pull up. After waiting 10 minutes to receive our order AGAIN, the girl rudely gives us our order again! We asked her if she had added extra drizzle and she got mad and said she wasn’t remaking it and left. With the outmost rudest attitude!!! I really don’t recommend this place. They are not capable to make your order correctly. We also did not get a receipt. We had asked for one and they ignored us!
they force guilt tipping by having 3 pre-selected dollar amounts and you have to go out of your way to click $0. Such a hassle on the drive thru and it makes it incredibly awkward
Rude individuals need to be fired especially the manager with whit hair working the Drive Thru
4 people sitting by the drive thru I asked for whip cream twice by the window and the mic and the lady still gave me no whip cream and she was rude and nasty when I asked where is the whip cream. How she going to remember when 4-5 workers are sitting talking to each other and no customers what so ever. Worst place to order at people here will attack you with their rudeness
Nice place and great service
It's my go to drive through coffee place, when you need that coffee fix. The staff is very friendly and once you have been serviced several times, they know your favorite drinks, even before you order. During the heights of COVID, this Starbucks drive through was my public contact and helped me pull through that terrible mess!
